Place 5 tsp. of loose tea in infuser (rule of thumb is 1 tsp. loose tea = 8 oz. cup of steeped tea, but always brew to your taste!)

Fill tea pot within 1" from the top, with boiling water. Let tea steep for 3-7 minutes, water temp and time depend on taste and type of tea used.
