Hand Forged Damascus Blades: Damascus blades are hand forged through a process of layering, melting, and hammering, resulting in a unique design for each blade—a true one-of-a-kind knife. Damascus steel offers outstanding strength and hardness, amplified by our oil quenching process at 2100°F, repeated twice for maximum core hardness (58+ HRC on the Rockwell Scale).

The exact process of producing Damascus steel remains unknown today, but we continue the tradition by hand forging two different steels, 15n20 and 1095, and dipping them in Ferric Chloride to create a distinctive Damascus-like pattern.
