Soft soil under one foot is what causes a wobble. Paving, gravel or firm ground is better.

Sitting on it

It is built to take an adult. Sit down onto it rather than dropping onto it, as with any hard seat, and it will do the job for years.

Keeping the green fresh

Rinse and wipe with a soft cloth. A position with some afternoon shade holds the painted green deeper for longer than full sun does.

Winter

Sealed concrete stays outside year round. Check it is not sitting in standing water, which is the only condition that causes damage.
