#3 Tonic Strategy - Consistency: Tonic use is about promoting optimal health through deep, nutritive support over time. Take one serving 2-4 times a day for as long as needed or as practitioner recommended. Tonics are safe to take long term but appropriate length is unique to each individual and their health goals.

Initially take the suggested amount in a small amount of water, juice or tea to taste. With familiarity, can be taken directly for convenience.

Vitex berry: Vitex agnus-castus, also known as Chaste berry, is a plant that has been used for wellness purposes for thousands of years. Vitex supports hormonal balance and has an affinity for the female reproductive system. This herb encourages healthy menstrual cycles and supports progesterone balance. Vitex also helps soothe occasional cycle-related discomforts and supports emotional balance during monthly cycles.
Black Cohosh root: Actaea racemosa is commonly used to ease muscle discomfort, irritability, sleep disturbances and supports the balance of hormones.
Holy Basil aerials: Also known as Tulsi or Tulasi, this aromatic perennial plant in the family Lamiaceae (mint) is native to Southeast Asia. From the seed to the leaves, Ocimum spp. is considered a tonic for the spirit, mind and body, and can help support healthy inflammatory balance, stress and occasional anxiousness.
Alfalfa leaf: Medicago sativa contains free radical scavengers, as well as nutrients like vitamin K, copper, folate, and magnesium and Alfalfa's phytoestrogens may help modulate estrogen levels, potentially beneficial in situations of both high and low estrogen.
Motherwort aerials: Leonurus cardiaca, the Latin name, means lionhearted. It's a calming herb that is wonderful for hormone balance and cardiovascular health alike. It's said to soothe frayed nerves and act as a mother's comforting embrace.
Burdock root: Arctium lappa is a powerhouse of nutrients that acts as a free radical scavenger, helping to support the body's natural balance and homeostasis.
