The HUDEF VIVA PRO GEN3 paddle is made using 100% thermoforming technology with a 360-degree angle from the polypropylene core to the handle. Under high temperature processing, the polypropylene core improves power and control. The paddle's surface is made of DuPont raw Kevlar woven with Japan T700 raw carbon fiber to provide more pop and spin. The interaction between Kevlar and carbon fiber gives them better stability and improves the accuracy of ball control. Unibody construction forging technology and peripheral foam provides paddle stability for players with tennis elbow and sensitivity.

Why Choose the VIVA Pro™ Gen3?

100% Thermoforming Technology
The VIVA Pro™ Gen3 features a fully thermoformed construction from the core to the edge, delivering outstanding power, stability, and durability. Unlike paddles with partial thermoforming, this advanced technology ensures consistent performance and prevents face discoloration.

Foam-Injected Core and Handle
Foam is injected throughout the paddle's edges and extends into the handle, improving shot consistency, minimizing vibration, and enhancing stability with every swing.

Ergonomic One-Piece Handle
The one-piece handle is meticulously engineered for unmatched stability and comfort. Eliminating weak points, it withstands forces up to 132 lbs (60 kg)—twice the strength of standard handles. Its ergonomic design fits all hand sizes and features an adjustable grip circumference for a personalized fit. Perfect for reducing vibration and fatigue, it's ideal for players seeking superior comfort, especially those with tennis elbow.

We take great pride in leading the way with 100% Thermoforming technology and one-piece handle designs, both of which have become widely adopted and highly regarded in the pickleball paddle industry.
