Your pillow is made specifically for you, by hand, at the time of your order. Because of the personalized and custom nature of these handmade items, we are not able to offer returns. We ask that you review our shipping and return policy in full before you place your order.

Shipping Policy

Your new pillow is made to order by our skilled craftsmen. Due to the extra time it takes to sew these items by hand, it may take up to 14 days after you place your order for your new pillow to ship.

Return Policy

Because we make and adjust the firmness of your pillow by hand, we cannot accept returns. Please make sure you have selected the appropriate size and firmness before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order any time prior to your pillow being shipped (up to 14 days from placing your order), and you will receive a complete refund. Once shipped, however, it cannot be cancelled.

Size Verification Policy - Please be sure to verify the correct size prior to placing your order. We are happy to accommodate size changes prior to shipping, however once shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. If you do order the wrong size, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can try to correct your order before it is sewn and shipped. In the event your item is shipped, please do not remove the pillow from the packaging, and contact us for a return authorization number.
