To Make Batter for both mixes

Combine
1 1/4 cups milk
1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
until moistened but still lumpy. Add a bit more milk if you like a thin pancake. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
