Maestro® Jubilee Mother of Pearl and Abalone Seashell Fine Fountain Pen

Celebrating the 20th Anniversary since the launch of Xezo’s Maestro All Mother of Pearl pen series in 2003, Xezo is introducing the very special Maestro Jubilee collection.
The Maestro Jubilee series of pens features a second-to-none level of workmanship from our shop’s dedicated craftspeople, using precious oceanic nacre. Remaining true to Xezo’s belief in passing value to fans, this pen model is limited to only 223 pieces made worldwide.
This fountain pen features a German-made, gold-plated stainless-steel nib with a fine point (0.35 mm line width) and chrome-plated brass fittings. We use a solid aluminum body for a lighter feel, at only 43 grams.
Each of these pens are made with panels of white oceanic mother of pearl and strongly-hued Pāua abalone seashell. These panels are cut by hand directly from the area near the center of the shell and have a hardness of 4.5 on the Mohs scale (as hard as steel). To showcase all of the natural hues and beauty this precious organic material offers, no clear coat is applied to the pen. The glossy, round, and smooth finish of the shell is a result of the intensive hand-polishing process.
White mother of pearl and Pāua abalone shell are natural materials, and every panel is unique. Due to this, some distinctions in the colors and textures in these pens may occur, helping make your pen truly one of a kind. The abalone may come in a rainbow of colors, including range between blue, pink, purple, red, yellow, black and gray.
