Return Policy

I received an item that my customer no longer wants. How do I return it?

We only accept returns from Manufacturing Defects in for exchange. Merchandise returned for any other reason must be in the original package in perfect condition, returned at your expense and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 


Please note that we do not refund original shipping cost or return shipping cost unless your item was received damaged.


How long will it take for my refund to be credited?

Most refunds are credited back to your account within 30 days of our warehouse receiving the returned items.


What’s your return policy?

We always stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back to us within 14 days of our original ship date for a full refund of your purchase price less a 25% restocking fee; sorry but shipping fees cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition with their packaging intact.


Furthermore, all returns do require a Return Authorization Number that can be received by calling 1-973-707-8396 or emailing sales@gifts4younme.com. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.


For products with Manufacturing defects, please contact us at 1-973-707-8396 or by email at sales@gifts4younme.com and we will assist you with a replacement.


What is the best method to return an item?

All shipments are accompanied by a packing slip or invoice with instructions for returned goods. Please use the same box in which the original shipment arrived for best results. You may choose any carrier you prefer. For fastest service, please include all customer information and/or the original invoice and make a copy of the invoice for your records.


How long before I receive my refund?
