Simply unzip the outer cover and inner liner to remove or add shredded latex fill until you reach your ideal height and firmness.

• Side Sleepers: Use as-is for optimal neck and shoulder alignment. Remove fill as needed for personalized comfort.
• Back Sleepers: Remove approximately 1/4 of the fill to maintain neutral cervical alignment.
• Stomach Sleepers: Remove about 1/3 of the fill for a softer, lower loft feel.
