BASIC BEAN SOUP MIX INGREDIENTS: kidney beans, white beans, black beans, pinto beans, green and yellow split peas, green lentils, parsley, dill weed, garlic, sea salt, and lemon peel. JUST ADD: water and vegetable or chicken stock.

LENTIL AND BARLEY SOUP MIX INGREDIENTS: barley, lentils, Aussie outback rub (onion, garlic, kosher salt, coarse ground black pepper, crushed red pepper, celery seed, dill seed, rosemary, oregano, and caraway), and herbs de Provence (basil, oregano, marjoram, thyme, age, and rosemary). JUST ADD: water, tomato paste, and pasta sauce.

PORTUGUESE BEAN SOUP MIX INGREDIENTS: kidney beans, pinto beans, white beans, onion, paprika, garlic, parsley, red pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, kosher salt, celery seed, back pepper. JUST ADD: water, carrot, onion, celery, potato, tomatoes, butter, tbsp olive oil, stock (vegetable, chicken, or fish), and tomato paste.

SPLIT PEA SOUP MIX INGREDIENTS: green and yellow split peas, dill salt (dill weed, sea salt, garlic, and lemon peel), onion, garlic, black pepper, crushed red pepper, oregano, rosemary, dill seed, celery seed, and caraway seed. JUST ADD: water, vegetable, or chicken stock (optional - carrot, onion, celery, and a ham bone).
