Maranta Red Prayer

This plant, native to the tropical regions of Brazil, has a unique and colorful pattern on each leaf. Dubbed the "prayer plant", its leaves fold up at night, resembling praying hands. This is believed to be an adaptation that allows the roots to access rainfall.
